STEPS collected 1000 donated boots & bars from hospitals and individuals throughout the UK.  We then shipped them to Papua New Guinea (PNG) for a Training Programme in June 2008.

We are fortunate to get discounted freight via a supporter but it still cost us £228 to ship them. PNG does not have the facilities to make the Boots and Bars so the programme is dependent on your kindness, there are many other countries in the world in a similar situation, so please keep you donations coming, both the cash for the shipping  and the second had boots and bars.
